myFriendsheep, a pun on the words “friendship” and “sheep” that calls to mind counting sheep to fall asleep, is a project with a playful spirit.
It is a social experiment, but also a fun endeavor that, through the sharing of our dreams, attempts to answer an ambitious question: does a collective subconscious truly exist?
To try and answer this, we have created a space (an archive with social features) where we can share the most personal things we have to offer.
You can post your dreams in text or audio format, comment on them with friends and the entire community, start discussions, offer interpretations…

Yes, you read that right! It might seem like a childish notion, but would you have ever believed it possible when you were kids? Generating a real image from your dreams. Want to know how we did it?
Sigmund's Generator
First, you need to understand the meaning of “manifest content.” This is a term often used by Sigmund Freud himself to define the part of the dream experience that is remembered upon waking.
Picture an iceberg: the tip is the visible, manifest part—the manifest content itself—while the submerged part, or latent content, is the deeper component of the subconscious that remains hidden.
Our generator naturally focuses on the manifest content posted by each user. After an initial interpretation, it is encoded into a so-called “prompt” and then processed by algorithms from various Artificial Intelligence systems to create a real image.
This is not psychoanalysis; it is just a game, and should be treated as such. But for the first time, you will see your dreams come to life. It will be like dreaming with your eyes open.
Gaming
Image generation is a complex process, so we cannot guarantee it for every posted dream just yet. Currently, only the most interesting and popular ones will see the light of day.
But don’t lose hope. We have integrated a points system so that everyone can eventually get their image.
